I am a passionate educator and musician with a strong background in music performance, composition, and sound design. Holding a Bachelor of Music (Hons) from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Post-Graduate
Certificate in Education (PGCE), I will bring creativity, dedication, and a dynamic teaching approach to the classroom to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our students. As an educator, I believe in
nurturing curiosity and self-expression in my students, whether through language, history, or music.

Beyond the classroom, I am an active musician and sound artist, with expertise in jazz guitar, electronic music production, and choral performance. My work extends into sound design for theatre and multimedia projects, including collaborations like The Witness: Excavating the Historic Sounds of Johannesburg and Born Naked at the Standard Bank Arts Festival. My research and creative projects explore the intersections of music, history, and technology, enriching his teaching with real-world applications.
