Important Note Before Beginning the Admission Form

The following forms need to be filled in and returned to the school prior to the student attending. You will have an option to attach them at the end of the Submission form for convenience:

                                                Learnership Contract                          Indemnity Form                               Transfer Letter

By submitting the admission form you agree that you have read and accept the Policies, Code of Conduct and Fees Schedule.
